We carry a wide variety of professional products including popular brands like Paul Mitchell, Danger Jones, K18, Amika, Rusk, ColorWow, Kenra, Redken, Pureology, Verb, local-made goodies, and more!
We've invested in the latest technology to manage our entire color bar. This means you never have to worry about writing down a color formula, and we can even get down the gram with product usage so there's no waste.
For renters, you have the option to use this system for your color/chemical services so you don't have to invest in your own... Essentially, you would purchase your color/chemicals by the gram as you mix!
Back Bar Products
Complimentary backbar products are provided for use on your guests when you participate in our retail program.
Retail Program
Earn commissions on retail sales with our program. We stock a wide variety of popular and beloved brands recommended by our artists. Our current faves are Amika, Verb, ColorWow, Paul Mitchell, Redken, Pureology, and Kenra.
Virtual Education
Access to Angie's virtual education resources, including courses like The Empowered Stylist, The Extension Edit, and more! Monthly group coaching sessions with Angie are also included to keep you inspired and focused.
Marketing Team
Beauty pros are featured on our website with a customized personal page and are promoted on our social media channels. We also have a video editor/marketing team to help fill your books.
*Fees may apply for rental team wanting to use our video editing services.
Essential Tools
Access to shared tools and supplies in our fully stocked dispensary.
Flexible Leases
We offer flexible lease terms to ensure that artists are happy and comfortable, without locking them into longterm commitments. Our leases are month-to-month and only require 30 days notice to break.
Vacation Pay and Rent
After one year of employment/rent, you will earn 1 week paid vacation bonus/free rent.
Employee Discount
We are happy to offer all employees and renters an employee discount on products and services.
Generous Referral Program
For every renter or employee you refer to Eclectic that completes their 90 day probationary period plus 1 month, you will receive 1 week of free rent. For employees, we will provide a $ referral bonus!
One-on-One Mentoring
Optional one-on-one sessions with Angie are available for additional support and mentoring. This is especially beneficial for renters when creating their pricing menu.
Commission Employee
The artists of the team that create the beautiful hair, lashes, skin care, and nails we are known for. Education is a huge part of who we are and we believe in teamwork, work-life balance, health, and wealth. We supply all of your hair tools, color bar, and back bar products. We also have private rooms for massage therapy.
Assistant Stylist
Most of our team starts out in a co-stylist position (not required). Co-stylists are the backbone of our team and an amazing way for newer stylists to get accelerated education to set yourself up for a successful career behind the chair. We love training our team from the ground up.
Rental
Want the freedom of running your own business but the comfort of a supportive team? We encourage stylists to become their own boss within our space. We have technology that allows you to utilize our entire color bar, so you only pay for what you use and never have to invest in a color inventory... but you can if you want!
Operations
Our operations team is in charge of keeping the salon running smoothly. Operations is in charge of front desk operations, managing retail and inventory, guest success, studio appearance and much more. Your role is critical to the success of the entire team.
